Effective October 16, 2026. Cheap Home San Diego provides San Diego County home-search tools, property information, and ways to request assistance from real estate professionals. This policy explains information processed through the website, including its administrative connection to Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

The website is not operated by Google or the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Information you choose to provide

When you request a showing, ask about a home, submit a property inquiry, or use other contact features, the form may collect your name, email, telephone number, desired property, message and other details you submit. Those details are used to respond to the inquiry, coordinate the real estate request, maintain inquiry records and provide requested follow-up. Please do not put account passwords, Social Security numbers or payment-card details into listing inquiry forms.

Property searches and service data

Our website uses licensed listing information supplied through RealtyFeed/SDMLS to display property search, map results and listing details. Search interactions can involve property identifiers, search filters, browser data, IP address, device information, and technical request logs as needed to operate and protect web services. Listings may change; property information must be independently verified.

Administrative Google account access

For site administration, an authorized site administrator can connect a Google account to the site’s Google Search Console workspace. This integration requests the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters scope for Search Console property information and actions such as reviewing search performance, inspecting URLs and submitting sitemaps. It also requests https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly to access permitted Google Analytics data on a read-only basis. This integration is intended for the site’s authorized administrators, not as a public homebuyer Google login.

When an administrator authorizes this connection, Google issues access and refresh tokens. The CRM stores OAuth configuration and tokens in server-side private storage outside the public web document root. Tokens are used to access only the Google APIs and properties authorized by that administrator, and refreshed when needed. The administrator may disconnect the integration using the CRM’s Google Search Console controls; disconnecting removes its stored token record. The administrator may also revoke access from their Google Account. Connected Search Console and Analytics information is used for site SEO administration and performance analysis, not to make decisions about a buyer’s loan or property eligibility.

Sharing and service providers

Information necessary for a service request may be handled by website hosting, CRM, listing-data and communication providers, and by the real estate professional responding to your request. Google account information accessed through the administrative connection is used for the functions described above. We do not use Google user data obtained through these API permissions for advertising targeting, and do not sell that Google user data. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to investigate unauthorized activity.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site and its service providers may use cookies or browser storage for session handling, security, analytics and user-interface preferences. Your browser controls may allow you to limit cookies, although doing so can affect functionality. Third-party services may have their own notices and controls. If additional analytics, advertising or consent tools are enabled, the website’s disclosures and configuration should be reviewed accordingly.

Data retention and security

Information is retained as needed for the service provided, legitimate business records, safety and applicable legal obligations. Retention periods can differ by record type.
